LQP02系列超小体积射频电感

LQP02系列,使用光刻工艺制作电极,以及对线圈的细微加工,实现小尺寸、高Q值特性的产品,同时使得产品阵容呈现L值的窄偏差、较细间隔的特征。逐渐成为主流的0201/0603尺寸、业界最小的01005/0402尺寸都有范围较广的产品阵容,应对小型化的趋势。在应用方面,适合对小尺寸、窄偏差、窄感值间隔有要求的RF部分的匹配、谐振电路。另外,也可以用于对小尺寸、低Rdc有要求的扼流电路。


LQP02小尺寸实现高Q值

薄膜型电感器LQP系列有小型的0201/0603尺寸、01005/0402尺寸,与同行业中其他公司的叠层型工艺相比,Q值更高。请参照图1。
